Why do you think the news media reports bad news that is tainted with falsehoods?

We would have to assume that this is what produces the most views or the biggest audience.  After all, news is just a business these days.  While there are still many reputable news outlets, they still all cater to what gets the largest profit.  Unfortunately, this is the world we now all live in together.

Do you think the profit comes from advertisers, not public opinion?

Probably from advertisers.  I assume the higher the ratings or views are, the more advertising income is generated.  It would be nice to see a news outlet that focused on positive stories and headlines.  All the news is so depressing these days.

Yes. News is depressing. The public regard for the news is very poor. Most of the advertisers are drug companies.

The Illuminati has control over a large part of the media and they spread their lies through it.

Before anyone starts shouting "The Illuminati doesn't exist!" Or  "They stopped in the 1700s!" Out of all the people that want to take over the world, you'd think someone would actually get good at it and keep it a secret. I really don't think they'd stop after they were broken up by police. They're not going to say "Dangit, we got caught. We would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you meddling kids" No, they're going to build up their empire again.

Are you referring to the Illuminati in the Da Vinci Code books?

They're a secret society that are taking the freedom of all nations on earth. They control much of the media and medicine. They also own the federal reserve bank.

I think I had a book about this group and sold it on eBay. Truly.  Yes. I agree there are about 5 - 6 individuals who seek domination on the world.

because they want attention so they may get high ratings and earn money. Media is based on falsehood so they create hype in order to earn money
