New Spartacus Game for Facebook

Fans can grab a view of the teaser video, now. If they so choose can "like" the game and even join the invitation list to become a player when the social game goes is live – Friday, January 27, 2012. Everything about the new game aligns with Starz series "Spartacus: Vengeance” -- also debuting on the same day its game arrives online.

“Spartacus: Vengeance The Game” catapults its success on the existing “Spartacus: The Game” (once called “Spartacus: Gods of the Arena”). The original game launched on Facebook in January 2011. Vengeance The Game functions entirely different from the original. Players are taken outside of the arena and ludus walls.

“Vengeance The Game” is free and takes the player, as an escaped slave, through a series of challenges. He leads his own band of warriors, travelling from Capua to Vesuvius. The new game is more than simply fighting. It operates more on a strategic level as well. Players will have the opportunity to go on missions to maneuver and subterfuge Roman control by triumph over a series of challenges. Example of such challenges are liberating slaves , building and equipping an army, freeing other prisoners and acquiring fighters.
